When you mean that the DVD is loading , does it mean that the file is detected and reading . If so please check if the format is recognised by the player. if not try another DVD.
Next if this an old set try to use a cleaner and clean the head.

Sorry no luck with a manual yet best I could come up with is e-mail address; [email protected] They should help. It does sound though as if you have to either get it serviced (try your local repair shop) or replace it - I will keep looking for a manual and post anything i find; Hope this helps :)

It is actually a safety feature of player that wont allow you to watch video while driving. If security happens even if you are park then there must be a problem somewhere. Try to check the parking wire if it is connected to the radio ground. It should be connected to radio ground instead of the parking break ground.
