AS far as I am aware and I have been in the trade for many years, there are limited spares for the Shark range and no schematics or diagrams due to their policy.
If it fails under warranty, they replace it, they don't attempt to repair them because it is not cost effective.

When switch to carpet, the difference is that the brush roller turns. When it is on hard floors setting it doesn't. Remove the base plate, remove the brush and the belt. There is likely something wrapped around the drive spindle or clutch.
It is possible that the issue is with the motor or an electrical component. If you have access to a multimeter, you could try testing the motor and other electrical components to see if they are working properly. If not, then it may be necessary to replace the motor or another component. You may also want to make sure that all of the wiring connections are secure and not damaged in any way.
