First off, you need to get your psp hacked/modded. You can get someone off creigslist to do it for you (thats what i did)

Most likely the laser is weak. It has been awhile since I have changed a laser in a psp. But first off you should clean the laser with a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol and dry it with the other end of the q-tip. It doesn't take much for them to not be able to read a disc. If it still doesn't work you will need to replace the laser if you aren't that great at working on electronics or very small things you need to find someone to do it for you. if u wanna play games saved on a memory card, then change the firmware to a custom one for ur psp to get those games working

if it has adjustable wheel angle that drop the column down if not you may have to undo the top column bracket to let the lot down to remove that cover

Do some research on your router you are looking for "MAC address" page or option within the router settings. Your device should come with a MAC address, try entering the devices MAC Address into the router page, apply the settings. Router should reboot and after rebooting your device you should have a constant internet connection. I own a linksys router that will only allow internet to other devices by entering the devices MAC ADdress into the router.
