According to their web site Ladies watch is Caliber L176, and Mens is L178, and they both use battery 317/379 Renata or equivalent. But....... Longines has free Lifetime battery replacement, just take it to any Longines retailer and get it done there.

If you installed the wrong battery that can be the cause.

Mine has just done the same today, stuck just before Thursday, tried the soft touch button at 10 o clock with no success, I will see if anything happens over night if not I will be expecting it repaired or replaced under warranty. How did you get on with yours?
