If it the bed is named Americana 4-in-1 crib I have the instructions.

I just ordered the same thing the other day for Rufkahrs.com....or Hardwaretree.com...It cost me 20$ after shipping and I received it in 4 days!!! I looked everywhere for these things..Delta said they were out of stock for a unknown amount of time.I am eight months preg and I just put these on myself in 5 minites..One thing is that it came with no instructions and no screws. Just standard screws needed and it was real easy to put together..Hope this helps..I looked for weeks for these things.

step 1: detach the front panel (part j) from the front posts h(1) and h(2) using allen wrench

Step 2 if mattress support (part K) is not in the lowest position, unscrew mattress support bolts (Part d) from the post and move it to the lowest position

Step 3: Using the wrench provided, attach the guard rail (part f) using 4 bolts (part a) between the left and right front posts

Step 4: tighten all screws clockwise.

that means it does turn into a toddler bed and the instructions for mine are also printed on the bottom of the support board for the mattress try flipping it over and see if your's does too

Try calling the customer service number (212)-645-9033. I have not called them yet to get the conversion rails for our Delta Luv 5 in 1, but I'm hoping that they will know more than Babies R Us!!

The front rail(drop rail) has a little plastic piece attached to it that reads "push".  This will be on the bottom.

I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.

I have a Delta 5 in 1 Crib and I am having a hard time keeping the side rail up on the left side...... Pin doesn't seem to be working! How can I fix this very soon due to my second lil one on his way soon?????

i actually seen that you had to pay to use your site.so as far as i was aware i didn't even send my email to you i had just closed out the tab.but i had just kept searching online and seen other people had posted reviews on the crib and 2 of them actually put in the price they had spent.thanks though.

If its like mine, you just remove the front panel that went up and down. Then lower the wood mattress support to the lowest level. You are now ready for the toddler bed. Once you want to convert to a double bed frame. You have to purchase a metal frame that holds the bed. Then attach the back and the front to the metal frame. This should like a sleigh bed. I have a 877# of 1877-585-3777

called 800-377-3777 and promptly spoke with a customer service representative who courtesly told me the necessary information required from the crib mattress base in order to purchase replacement parts. There was no hassle. FYI in order to get replacement pts,, you need crib model, order date, where manufactured, part numbers (all on the base of crib). Thank you so much for your assistance.

Use archive.org to look on an old version of their website to see if later models use the same parts. (Check the manuals, they will have pictures). They were fine sending me parts for a 2001 crib today.

That's probably older than their support line stocks. Consider using archive.org to see if a later model uses the same part? I called 800-377-3777 on a 2001 model crib and ordering parts was no problem.
