make sure your bluetooth is connected properly. enter the passcode if they ask for any while the devices try to pair and make sure you pair the right ones. try to reconnect a few times.

The CK3200 was discontinued a while back, I would contact Parrot to see if the parts are available - but I suspect not. Your best bet might be to look on Ebay for one (like this listing: Parrot CK3200LS Bluetooth Color Hands Free Car Kit) replace your display head (screen box), leaving the control/interface box in place; a simple plug-in replacement job.

Hi Bob, Once you pair your iphone with you car's bluetooth system, it should remember it the next time, make sure you do this through your vehicle's radio system rather than your iphone, although you will need to enter the code from your iphone into the car's bluetooth system.

use the BT tool on your mobile and clear all settings then try to pair it again and it should work !

I have 3200ls .when try to pair with phone doesnot show pin no. Only shows " p" thats why I don't know what to enter please help this . Thanks Zain

hands free car kit

The kit should automatically switch on with the cars ignition, if not you will need to make sure there is power on the red wire and the orange wire.

The ignition wire is not correct, what car are you wiring to? If your car is French, citroen or peugeot they have a timer on the ignition supply.

Try deleting all paired devices first, Menu / settings / paired devices. The remove the battery from your mobile phone for ten seconds. Then try pairing again, this should do the trick, if not the parrot may need a software update.

It sounds like the kit has had a software freeze, you will need to remove power from the Parrot Blue box and replace, if this works then I would also perform a software update.
