Just got speakers no sound

You need to install the drivers for the AUDIO device.... not your speakers. Go to control panel... Device Manager and look at the list of devices that is your computer. There should be a multimedia device that you'll need to update the driver for. You can do have it find the device automatically online. If the automated way doesn't work, you'll need to know exactly what sound card/device that you have.

No sound except a loud

  1. Try plugging these speakers into a personal CD player, Tape player, etc. and test if they work. If no audio output is produced, the pc board inside the Kinyo PS-23D may have failed.
  2. If audio is output, your computer's sound may be muted.
  3. It is most likely that these speakers are being plugged into the Microphone or Input terminal. Make sure you are plugging the speakers into the Line Output terminal (usually green).

My computer crashed recently and it deleted

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electic extensions or just replace them they are probably faulty a computer needs its connections to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers make sure you have selected the (((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there also click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer hope this helps don
