Kodak EasyShare SV811 (8858946) Digital Picture Frame - Page 3 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
How many pictures can the Kodak EasyShare SV811
SV811 doesn't have a large enough internal memory thats why the picture capacity depends on the inserted SD card or if you transferre pics directly from the computer to display simultanously.
The frame should display as many as on the SD card.

From what I can tell, the frame is compatible with SD which will work with a 1gb SD card.
When I plug my SV811 into my pc using the USB
You need to use the CD which came with your camera and install the drivers for your camera. The drivers are needed to in order to connect to your pc. If you do not have the CD, you should go to the web site of the manufacturer and download the drivers for your camera and install it. After you install the drivers, your camera show up when you connect it to your PC
Good Luck!!!!
Please help -
I don't have it fixed yet but think I am in the process. When I installed the firmware, it didn't install properly which I didn't realize. I have now uninstalled it and reinstalled. It should work now - fingers crossed. Thank you for taking the time to look into this for me. M.K.
I have a memory card
i had exactly the same problem (i put a memory stick pro duo)!!! and i solved it (phew!)
dig into your manicure/pedicure set, if u have anything that is thin enough to get into the slot. u will need 2 of them, work your way to grab that memory stick on both sides and slowly bringing them up to surface. tweezers won't work because it's just too thick.
it's a pain, but you will eventually get there!! oh, and also good lighting. good luck!
