Call your Credit Card Processing company and tell them you need to have debit transactions enabled. They will need to update the software in your machine (you can't do it yourself). It will only take them a few minutes for them to fix.

You need to call your payment processor and give them this error code. Each processor has their own applications and error codes, it is not that the card is bad but something is not being transmitted correctly to them. Usually a quick fix once you call them.

This usually means the pin pad has lost the injected programming. Ingenico may be able to repair it, but since they consider that the pin pad has reached it's end of life and been discontinued, they may not.
