1. Click Start, Programs, Accessories and Run.
2. In the open window, type: regedit and click OK.
3. Choose the following path
HKEY_CURRENT_USERS\Software\Corel\User\Assistant\13\Recent Work\Quattro
Pro\
4. Right click on the Quattro Pro folder, select delete.
5. Say yes when prompted to delete the key.
6. Close the Registry Editor
7. Launch Quattro Pro

This key will be re-created when you reopen Quattro Pro. I ran into this problem when when I tried to open a QP SS on my hard drive after previously opening one from my thumb drive. Now I copy to my hard drive first.

When you click on the Open or File tab, doesn't a drop down list come on with a choice to click on that file? I am not familiar with newer Word Perfect but, I do recall this

I had the same problem with Quattro Pro 11 and solved it as follows: right click on the blue header bar, this should bring up a box that has settings in it,left click on settings and then on the left side under Application go to Display and check the boxes until the toolbar that you want appears. It worked for me in version 11 hope it works for you

Just get another install disk. Borrow one from a friend.

Then all you will need is your serial number.

Reinstall and try that.

Put a CD in the drive. Sort the directory by descending Date/time. Highlight the files you want to backup. Drag the files to the CD drive. Your CD drive software should kick in and step you through the next bits.

go to the corel support site and Windows and look for software updates that deal with this issue, most likely there are patches to correct this, use Corel support 1st.

If you are in fact after WordPerfect X6 - buy it from Corel Corel Corporation or a software retailer such as WordPerfect latest Now, for a very different version - that I suspect is not what you want, buy WordPerfect 6 activation codes from WordPerfect Software for sale But be aware that WP 6 is a very old piece of software. It is perhaps the best word processor ever built, but it runs on DOS and DOS emulators only. And it is magic. Michael

It may be in your programs that you need to uninstall WordPerfect Office 12. It just seems like something is partially installed and wants to complete.

I am afraid you wiill have to re-install the program from the origional Cd.
If you do not have one then you will have to contact the manufacturer for your computer. In some cases contacting Word Perfect http://apps.corel.com/lp/wpo/
may be of help.

This can be done with one program that is free follow this link to ccleaner. http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ then you will run cleaner to get rid of history related to wordperfect, then run the registry cleaner and remove all that is selected you will have to run this a few times until nothing comes up. Then go to tools uninstall and remove any thing that has a reference to wordperfect. after you have uninstalled all they above run the cleaner and then run reg cleaner again until all the reg items are cleared. This should take care of your problem.

Depending on which one of the built-in pleading styles you selected. Turn on Reveal Codes (Alt + F3), and change the Watermark B to A.

Watermarks are commonly used to customize pleadings with company names and other information. The built-in pleading styles use Watermark B, so if you want to create your own watermark, use Watermark A. You can also edit your waterkarks as per your own requirements.
