Try to put your headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone. To do it, begin with it turned off. Then, if it is the first time it is being paired, just by turning it on (i.e. by pressing and holding the call button for some 2 seconds), it should enter the pairing mode. Otherwise, keep holding the call button past the turning on phase (a total of some 8 to 10 seconds), until its indicator light is flashing in red and blue, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Either way within the next 2 minutes, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or passkey, or PIN) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode.
