You can't run parrallel on 3 single voice coil subwoofers. If you run all the negatives from each coil and possitives from each coil to one terminal you will be dividing the ohms by 3. I don't think JL ever made a single voice coil 2 ohm subwoofer though. If you ran a parrallel on 3 8 ohms you would be at 2.7 ohms. 3 4 ohm would put you down to 1.3

I agree with the last answer. I have 1 ten inch sub on my 500/1. it hits great but it would not drive 2 of my Skar wwv dvc subs

Stephanie it's very difficult. The glue is super strong and the screen is delicate. I hope you wiped it off immediately for much much less damage.

So I am assuming that you have just setup/wired this up recently? Have you had this working before?
You can have a look at the gain control on the amp & see if this have been set really low. This will help if the signal coming from your stereo is weak. The other thing I would suggest is to make sure that the amp can actually push this sub. I know what the specs say:

but I don't believe most of these. Many manufacturers embellish what their products can actually do! With the bigger more established brands such as JL Audio you will have no problems, their products have been tried & tested so much on the competition circuit.

check the fuses on the and the fuse on the main power cord under the close to the battery if there good maybe try a different speakermake sure the amp power lite is on

They need 1.4-1.7 cubic ft per sub(ported box) less if it is sealed but I wouldn't recommend that, it sounds like ****. Google "Re audio box calculator" and use it to adjust your dementions to your application

6ohm i believe i have a pair of them though and i wired them to 1.5ohm
