Do you mean duplicates of keys or do you have no working keys?

If you have both pieces of the broken key, it can be duplicated. I did not find that key code listed for Brinks, but perhaps you can get one from Brinks. A locksmith can make a key, check the cost. You really don't want to pay more than the cost of replacing the lock.

I think a local locksmith would either be able to make the keys or give you a reason why keys can not be made for your locks. Look up 'locksmith' in your local yellow pages.

Janice the part you are describing is called a snap ring, and it probably is intended to hold the knob assembly together. If you are feeling courageous, you could take the one that was assembled correctly off the door and see if you can locate where the snap ring is supposed to fit.
