I have a Sciphone i68+ to which I transferred some MP3 music files (to the music folder on the E:drive as it looked to be the memory card rather than the phone itself). Although I can see and play these music files from the file manager on the phone, when I go to play them via music player they are not there. I fiddled around a bit and through formatting the memory card managed to completely delete all the music files as well as all the existing folders on the memory card (hope I haven't caused lasting damage).
I would be very grateful for any advice as I feel a bit of a wally not being able to sort this out.
Many thanks
When you put the music on, did you drag an entire folder or just a single song. If you drag an entire folder then it will just go to the documents. I you want to listen to the song in the audio player, than you need to individually drag the song onto the E drive

How to remove sim card?
For removing the SIM Card, insert the end of the 'SIM eject tool' (supplied in the box) into the hole on the SIM tray. Press firmly and push it straight in until the SIM tray pops out. If you don't have a SIM eject tool, you can use the end of a pin/paper clip. Pull out the SIM tray and remove the SIM card in the tray. The angled corner of the SIM ensures that the card fits only the correct way in the tray.
With the tray aligned as shown, carefully replace the SIM tray containing the SIM card
in iPhone.

i need to transfer some photos and videos from my iphone to computer. How do I do this?
First you need to authorize your PC with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so. With your iPhone connected to iTunes and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
Besides what mentioned above, I like to share you a article about transferring files from iPhone to computer, which included transferring iPhone photos and videos to computer/iTunes.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!
