Hi,
Norton remove virus including .exe files. So pls don't use Norton its a request. Otherwise you have to reinstall the OS every time. Better you try Symantec Antivirus, it belongs to Norton family & also its a good one...

Trying to copy individual video
Popcorn 4 claims it would rip a clip from a DVD but again what I recommend is using Imovie to clip or even Mac the ripper.
Ripping segments from a DVD is a challenge and not ever program does what it claims as you can see from your personal standpoint.
Your best bet here is Imovie or mac the ripper in my opinion.
We do thank you for your phone call and hope your satisfied with out answer today.

Are you trying to burn to the same DVD? If so, then this is because you can't do that. You will need a new DVD-R. If you are trying to do it to a new one, then what is the error it is coming up with?
Hello!
I
It is usually better to go with the newer version. Most installers will overwrite the older versions anyway. In some cases they won't. New versions also have all the features of the old version plus more. So it is a win / win situation either way.
Hope this answers your question

Installing Roxio Record Now music
Hi John.
If you have Windows, try the following:
- Start computer in safe mode by pressing F8 on start-up.
- Click the Start button.
- In start menu find Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
- Do a System Restore to one date before installing Roxio. (If you have Win seven, choose the option that says Show More Dates in System Restore).
- Wait for System restore to complete. Computer will restart by itself.
- Ensure you are logged in with an account with administrator privileges (alternatively click right button of mouse on the installer file, and choose "run as administrator" from the dropdown menu).
- Try reinstalling Roxio.
- Authorize any system change if asked by Windows or by security software.
Also ensure that the version that you are trying to install is up to date and compatible with your OS.
Regards.
Ginko.

I downloaded cineplayer dvd decoder
The one program I know of that works really well for removing region codes from DVDs is a program called any DVD from Slysoft.
It is not a free program but it does have a 21 day trial period. It sells for about $45 USD but is a really great program. If you need to continually play DVDs from other regions it is a solid
investment.
They also have a higher end HD version that is a bit more money but if you are dealing with Blu-Ray discs you may need to consider that.

I have heard of some free products out there on the net but have not tried any so I can't give you any further advise on that it would be a matter of doing google searches and trying the other programs.

If you have been using Roxio and the error messages have just begun, then you current installation files are corrupted.
To solve this problem, you are goin to have to uninstall the current installation of Roxio, then install a fresh copy.
