It depends on the model and why the ringer is off. All of these solutions require the phone to be in standby mode. If your phone has the Uniden Do Not Disturb feature enabled, you need to press the DND button on the base. If your Uniden phone has a Silent Mode, press and hold the # key (below 9) on one of the handsets. You'll need to hold the key for ~5 seconds. These options will toggle on the feature when it is off. Try to reset. Maybe it doesn't restore your recent calls or phonebook but at least get them to functioning.

It's likely cheaper to replace. These things aren't designed to be repaired.

replace the internal lithium battery pack usually with handsets like this there is one of three main types of cell you can usually get the cell from the local hardware store or phone shops if its an asian phone repairs sales etc shop then they have all these parts and most can make a phone call and have one there for you in an hour these guys are usually really helpful and friendly
