Hardwood floor cleaner

Yes, you can use the Bruce hardwood floor cleaner. I've used it many times to clean up after jobs. It brings a nice shine to the floor and is designed for either a hardwood or laminate floor. Hope this helps.

Can you please help me, don't know what to do =(

Yes! That is, if you are certain that the device has no malware or virus on it! Shut the computer down completely (power off). Then connect your device and reboot the computer. It should then recognize your device.

New Sansa View Scroll wheel won't work

If it's brand new and you bought it at a store, exchange it. If it's an online store and not refurbished you should probably call Sansa as it will be in warranty. If it's refurbished (has a silver capital R sticker on the back) or was an auction item then you can either call Sansa (although they aren't much help with refurbs). If you aren't afraid of working with small objects, are reasonably intelligent, and own a screwdriver, then you may want to clean the contacts (I don't know if this will void an existing warranty or not). Instructions are at: http://joustin.com/?page_id=10 Note, he uses rubbing alcohol but a less messy method is to use the eraser from a standard #2 pencil (pink eraser) to do the cleaning. (Alternately you can use any contact cleaner spray made before 1990 without opening the Sansa...of course the good stuff was banned for manufacture so newer stuff may not work)

SanDisk Sansa View Slim 8gb Screen Cracked

I broke the screen on my e200 series 6gb so I asked Sansa tech support about it and I was told that Sansa does not own any repair or support facilities whatsover. This means that you really can't get it fixed without either buying a new one or getting it replaced altogther.

It will not charge, if I mess around with the plug sometimes will charge but not always. I have two charger cables and they both do it. Is there a chance it is the unit?

Yes the charge port in the player has a dry solder joint. This can be repaired.
