Hi, when you connect a USB hub, operating system (i.e. Windows, Mac, etc ) it should install automatically a generic driver for it, only when you connect a device to USB hub, in example, a camera, you have to install drivers for that specific device according to its installation guide.

Check the manual. It should have a default wifi password, assuming that's what you're trying to do. You may also need to check the bottom of the router.

Try resetting power to both your router AND your modem. One at a time, starting with your modem, disconnect power for 30 seconds and then reapply power.
