I have seen this many times, most of the time it's because the index file was writing or cleaning itself when you removed it. This is what the "EJECT" is when you right click. • Pertama-tama buka Run >> cmd
• Kemudian ketikkan command berikut ini :

chkdsk g: /fKet :

1. g: [adalah path/direktory flash disk kita]
2. /f [Fixes errors on the disk]

• Tunggu sampai proses berjalan, jika muncul command

Convert folder to file <Y/N>?[ketik] Y

• Jika proses ini berhasil sampai 100% maka kita tinggal delete file/folder yang corrupt tadi.
