If you're experiencing ice build up on the floor, it is often caused by clogged drain in the freezer. A similar drain exists in the freezer, which when clogged results in ice build up on the floor of the freezer. The easiest way to resolve this issue is by cleaning the drain. Here are additional steps that you may apply on cleaning the drain.
Remember your safety. Please unplug the unit before conducting any repair to avoid electric shock.
1. Make sure that the drain from the freezer is clean all the way to the pan, usually located next to the compressor.
2. Please open the back wall of your freezer it is the inside wall.
3. Now, locate the drain, it is in the bottom middle of the freezer.
4. Use a water pump or buster to clean it.
5. You may also clear the drain by forcing a solution of water and bleach or water and baking soda into it with a basting syringe. If the solution will not flow through, slide a length of 1/4 inch or smaller flexible tubing into the drain tube to push the clog through to the drain pan. Remove the tubing after clearing the clog.

Freezer cools & makes ice but refrigerator
First thing check and see if the fan motor in the freezer is running, it circulates cold air to the refrigerator. Then check for ice anback panel of freezer if there is ice you have a defrist system problem

Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today.Try running about a gallon or two of water out of it to get the air out. It can also be not enough water pressure to the unit from your house that causes the same issue.

Where is the water filter at
Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today.The filter is on the bottom front of the unit under the doors its round and there is a button next to it you pushand it pops out. some are inside the fridge top right corner and those twist out. But yours should be bottom front.

Your unit has one condensor unit, so if the freezer side is freezing, then the problem has to be in the freezer section.
First check to make sure that the fan is operating in the unit. If it isn't then it is probably the fan, BUT maybe not bad so hold off replaceing it. If the fan is working then you probably, have a defrost problem - when the defrost assembly stops working ice build up behind the rear panel in the freezer compartment so the thermostat gets a false reading and won't send tell the fan to kick on to send cold air to the refrigerator section.
So you will need to take the food out of the freezer, remove the shelves, remove the inner rear panel in the freezer compartment and look for ice build up. If you find it, then you can either unplug and leave the door open to defrost or use a hair dryer to hurry the defrost up - DON'T USE HOT WATER!
Once defrosted, you can dry the unit out and then turn it back on, use your make and model number to order the defrost assembly, but you can use your refrigerator and freezer until it arrives.
Defrost water not draining into pan under unit.
You have a defrost drain that is plugged. You will have to locate the drian and clean it out.Try looking in the freezer side way back and on the bottom.Also you may be able to get to it from behind the refigerator.Hope this helped.
ICE MAKER MAKES ICE BUT WILL NOT LET THE ICE
You will need to replace the module. It is accessed by removing the white, plastic cover from the front of the icemaker. Once off, remove the three brass colored screws and disconnect the wire arm on the RH side of the icemaker. The new module will install in reverse order. The module is available at the link below.

You have to remove the inside of the freezer door to get to it.Be careful not to break the pins that hold the door together.
DRIPPING WATER DISPENSER FLOODING DRIP
Water solenoid inlet valve is getting stuck slightly open, It's located behind the refrigerator on the bottom where main supply hose connects.
You can first try tapping it and see if that helps otherwise it would need to be replaced.

if the clicking is from the ptc overload relay on the compressor unplug it off the compressor and replace it,if the clicking is coming from the main control board and the front readout is flashing/strobing the board is bad,but before you replace this board make sure there are no inopertive fans as this will ruin a new board immediately
