My Philips under cabinet radio
Seems a lot of reports like this have been noted and unfortunately the FIX cost more than replacing the electronics. My suggestion...make your move to a new unit.

I cannot get any radio
It is possible that the antenna/aerial has disconnected from the unit, that would explain the loss of reception.
It may need repair, also check that the correct wave length is selected, that being AM or FM.
Take care!

FM radio reception is poor. User manual suggests
Hi, I think your units model number is AJ6111. According to the
owners manual, the FM antenna is integrated to AC Power Cord. So you can not add antenna. But you can try to re arrange the cord and perhaps add an extension cord to see if reception gets better.
If this is not the unit you have, please try to provide the model number so I can look up the right owners manual and try to help you.
Good luck.

Nothing works except the clock
Hi..
Check the power into your radio unit, most likely a problem with your unit power (clock function, because it has a battery support to the watch)
and if your unit has the support of the batteries, the better you perform the test by inserting the battery to perform troubleshooting.

The CD skips or hiccups.
Make sure the Disk is CLEAN. This is usually the biggest problem, a tiny speck somewhere on the mirror surface. Sometimes so small you cannot see it.
If it keeps skipping then it is probably a hardware problem.
These days although it is probably repairable, the COST makes it uneconomical.
