one of the drivers is not compatible or unstable with you system. make sure you have the relevant firmware on your system, update the drivers from the driver menu that is in device manager win 10 its right click on windows logo (start) bottom left and click on the driver and update before using it if no update is available you could try the properties of the software. right click on the icon for the software and menu will pop up go to properties click on that and then go to menu compatibility and click to run on win xp mode or another mode. then press ok.

The audio failure sounds more like a VHS player failure than a DVD software/recorder failure. Both audio and video are transferred at the same time to the DVD, and as long as the DVD recorder is working, that's really all there is. I would check the VHS player and confirm that the sound actually works all the way through.

What are you trying to record? select webcam if that is what you want to record, but select pinnacle file capture to upload old file saved on the pc.

I the settings there is a option to enable video preview just enable it.

Go to control panel, programs and features, and look at the list to find dazzle or whatever. If it's not there you may have had an error when installing. You could go to your c drive, users, program files x86, and find the folder where it was installed and physically delete it. But it's always advisable to uninstall it properly them restart. I don't know. You haven't told us the settings on your software and the format of the video file or the hardware your are using it on. Or, even how much faster it is playing.

I had the same problem but I had and still get a red line at the bottom of the screen. Best thing to do it crop it out or just add Pictue in Picture Video effect then set it to full screen then set the width and height so it can crop out it self...hope this helps

You don't say where you are trying to save it to. Try saving it to the default location on you desktop hard drive and then transfer it to your phone.

Set the compatibility back to windows 7 and then uninstall the program and all of it's drivers, then reinstall it and see if it works then.
