FAT corrupted

Simply connect it to a computer and reformat it using Windows.... Right click on the device's drive icon and select Format!

How do I delete a file from my mp3 player

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio Books, etc. from MP3 Player
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,
release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

My sansa fuze 8gb won't turn off the screen is

You should be able to hold the power button (as if you were turning it on) for 20-25 seconds, which will shut it off completely. It should work as if nothing happened when you turn it back on again. Hope this works for you!!

Hold the power switch up . . it will eventually shut down. 10 secs. works for minor hiccups, but some problems take up to 30-40 secs. to clear.
