do not use the windows media......... go straight to the file itself on the PC copy and paste to your device.......... enjoy have fun

if the pictures are on the PC ....... connect the mp3 (usb) go to my computer open the MP3 , go to start again and my computer open the c drive and find the photos........... click and drag or copy and paste to MP3

Yes, the troubleshooting of a 2gb is the same with the 4gb. The device operate the same way and the only difference is the size of both mp3 player. Hope this was helpful.
