Use the Sansa Media Converter. If you don't already have the SMC, you can download it from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

Push the power switch up as far as it will go and see if the blue ring on the front of the player lights up.

The Fuze's power button is not a traditional button but a slider, so if you did not push the slider up all the way, this may be the only reason it was not powering on.

Reset the Fuze by pushing up on the power switch and holding it in the up position for 10 seconds.

Try to power on the Fuze again after it has fully rebooted.

Connect the Fuze's USB cord from the Fuze to a USB port on your computer.

You should see a yellow charging light illuminate and the battery symbol blinking on the Fuze's main display.

Once the battery stops flashing, the Fuze is fully charged and you can try to power it on again.

I've had the same problem with my Sansa Fuze 2GB. It's pretty frustrating, but in order to get it to work, I let it sit without touching it or doing anything with it for a few days. For 2-5 days, do not turn on your Sansa Fuze. After the amount of time has passed, try the soft reset again.

Have you tried visiting the site like it says?

A white screen is caused by moisture corrosion to the screen cable. This is not an easy fix. I suggest an on line auction for iy, and purchase another

look for the small hole that allows for factory reset.

Slide the power switch up and release it, the same way you turn it on.

Use the USB/data cable (the same cable you used to transfer music to the Fuze). Plug the other end into a powered USB outlet or an AC adapter.

MP3 players charge up by the USB cable that is connected to a computer or by a 5 volt USB mains adapter.
