you have to take it to a servise and sort it out there

the most probable reason is that your earpiece has lost contact on the motherboard of your HTC, and worst would be its faulty and needs replacement. earpiece like this and will require opening up your HTC.

As far as i know my friend free unlock codes are not working properly.when i suffered with the problem my friend suggested me the site from where i got my unlock code.its not free but its as much cheap as free.click here to get your unlock code.

It could be either of the two
1. SW problem. The firmware may have got corrupted. It should be reinstalled.
2. HW problem. The touch is faulty. Needs replacement.
Either way you have to visit the HTC Service Center unless you can reinstall firmware over the net yourself.

Try this one:

1) Turn off device (take off the back cover and lift the battery out slightly then push it back in)

2) Press and hold the Volume down button while at the same time pressing the center "Enter" button. Keep them pressed.

3) While volume down and enter buttons are depressed, press and HOLD the power button until you see a screen that says: "This operation will delete all your personal data..." <rest of verbiage snipped.

4) Follow those on-screen instructions which will tell you to push the volume up button to continue performing reset."

the password is 0000 by default.

you can also do a hard reset to restore the phone to normal state.

Just simply call your phone company you get your cell though. They should of your serial # on your file.

Google it from your PC.I've got a better idea.Why don't you try that on HTC's official website?.But from there,you may not find the whole CD.but you'll be able to get the PC suite(probably an updated version)

i did all things described to get the screen workin,pressed the red n green buttons simultaneously n with the friggin stylus i pressed the reset button underneath, pulled the battery out a coupla million timesn put it in, but it jus doesnt unlock, the touchscreen aint workin, i can call, mssag or do anything except recieve calls, Arpan

Now Select "Add a new modem connection"

Connection name::"Give any name"
Moden:: select "Cellular line (gprs)"

Now Select "Setup/Edit my proxy server" below that "Add a new modem connection"

Select the two check boxes
1.) This network connects to the internet

Now you ll have proxy server box below that you will have "advanced"

Select "Wap" ---->> Server:: "10.10.1.100" port:: "9201" select "ok"
Give ok to all options.

Now select "start" select "internet explorer" and try it for the connection...
When internet is connecting it ll show "Connecting to GPRS"
You ll be getting "locating" and "opening" and the webpage

Unfortuntely Three network require a phone to be 3G enabled to use their SIM cards and the HTC Touch is not a 3G phone.

reinstall ROM is the easiest way, but you're loosing your data.

2. If you want to sent file: 1. open your bluetooth by start-setting-connection-bluetooth after check both checkbox. Then go to file explorer, select the file you want to sent by hold that file and choose beam. After waiting for device check for bluetooth and then click on your bluetooth name you want to sent.
