Hi, the JMV 517 error code is as a result of software corruption. One way or the other, your Blackberry's operating system file has be corrupt.
Your Blackberry OS needs to be reinstalled in order for the problem to be solved. You will need Blackberry Desktop Manager installed on a computer, download the latest device software from your carrier website and perform a clean reload of the device software.
