Hi 4 dawgs Sounds like this number is corrupt. One this you can do is take the back off the phone and then take the battery out of the phone. Let the phone reset after you put the battery back in and the back cover on the phone. Their is no real way to fix one number getting ****, It does sound like the phone is freezing up on that number . See if the soft reset helps make it easier to use the phone on that number. You could do a hard reset on the phone but i don't recommend that. IF you havve the desktop manager on your computer plug the phone into the computer and reload your contacts on the phone. This also should fix the corrupt number. If you can't get any of this to work then the hard reset of the phone is in order. You can go into the settings and do the hard reset of your phone. but please make sure you have at least one copy of your entire phone on desktop manager to reload back into your phone.
