no you cannot the samsung juke has two memory units one 2 gig mp3 player memory and a 1 gig (i think) for ringtones and sounds and contacts and stuff like that. you cannot put a mmory card into the samsung juke

Either the charger is not working or you got a bad plug inside the phone I would take this to a verizon dealer and have them try some things with it.
