If it say not supported, It may mean the dvd disk is dirty. Sometime invisible hand oil evaporated on the disk. You rinse the disk off hot tap water and block off the water drops and try all the disks again.

There is no mention of a parental code, turning it on or off or ANYTHING in the manual.
On another website, I found the code 1369, which seems to work. I taped it to the bottom of the really cool remote. Still found nowhere to change it, etc. Least you can watch your movie!

What TV? I"m guessing it's the TV, chances are it would loose sound as well if it was the streaming service. Are your backlights staying on when the screen goes black?
