Microwave doesn't warm or cook food or water
This is a very common fault on all makes and models of microwave ovens, and most of the time the cause is a failed magnetron. This is the part which produces the microwaves and it's usually the single most expensive component in the oven.
Magnetrons are a bit like light-bulbs: they can blow at any moment from the day they're manufactured and once they blow they cannot be fixed. Replacement is usually straightforward but does require that the oven has the outer casing removed (disconnect from the power supply first!) and there is some simple disassembly. The new magnetron must be fitted with a new microwave gasket (it's a crushable copper wire mesh collar which cannot safely be reused). The bad news is that unless the machine is still under warranty, the high cost of a new magnetron usually means that it's cheaper to replace the complete oven.

The
first thing I would suggest is a hard

If that doesn't work,
leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes.

If it still will not accept key input, your membrane keypad has failed.
Depending on your specific model number, the membrane keypad may be available separately, or you may have to order the control panel frame, which comes with a new keypad.

My microwave is not heating up
If on switch on the light comes on and the table turns, then it is possibile the power board is working.
You will have to open the covers after removing the power. Inside is located the Magnetron fitted on the side of the outside cabon to radiate into the inner cabin. There is a high voltage that is necessary to activate the Magnetron. If this voltage is absent( must have a HT tester to confirm) please check the power capacitor for fault. You can test the capacitor and change if faulty..... short or no charge.
Please also check if relay click to give good contacts for connecting supply to the magnetron.
I hope you take care and precaution of high voltage/ radiation when the magnetron is working.
Also checck if any rodents have snapped out the wires to this section as it is over the range.
Hope my advice helps. please comment. Good day

My microwave is not heating the food. It is built
When the oven is running, does it make a loud buzzing or humming sound? If it does, then the problem is the magnetron, the part that generates the microwaves that heat the food. It not worth fixing since a new magnetron will cost almost as much as a new microwave. Ask your landlord that you need a new microwave oven. Sorry.
I purchased the microwave oven just over a year
the fan is designed to run after the unit has cooked its new technoligy the reason it does this is to remove all the moister from the inside of the unit as built up moister use to cause rust to form in the base of the unit .. so its perfictly normal
however the fan should not run for more than 1 minute.
