try differnent command promp change it to f12 go to your settings right when your computer starts start your computer command f12 then you put your mobil list in your drive push f12 right when it starts up then its going to ask you 2 options go to your sec. option then push enter.

you have selected the flight mode so your mobile cannot access your sim card the solution for this mobile is given below

first open the "manue"
then open the "setting" option
then open "duel sim setting"(if your Mobile has duel sim other vise select sim setting)
then select the option you want to do (exept flight mode)

you may have to manually download the program. go to my computer from the start menu and you should see it in the cd rom drive right click the program and you should be able to start the install
