I assume that you know you must keep the hood closed whn cooking with this grill since it cooks by convection. It also requires good airflow from the back of the hood to set up the convection flow.

Before investing money ... have you changed the battery in the ignitor button? If so, one of the most repeated mistakes grill users make is inserting the battery in the wrong direction. Generally, the + end of the battery should be up, facing you. If that's not the case, then the ignitor will not work. Also, make sure that there is no corrosion inside the battery holder. If there is, clean it out using a Q Tip and WD 40. It also helps to check the wiring of the ignitor , by tracing all the wires to make sure they are firmly connected. And that the spark ignitor for every burner is clean and free of grease.

if after all the above, you find you need to replace the ignitor, you can order one directly from the manufacturer or from the dealer/retailer you purchased it from.

glo-warm doesnt sell a conversion kit since they have propane version they sell the propane unit --their are universal conversion kits but you would need to check if their compatible to the glo warm unit
