if you are use SC series SC500 or SC800 - SC810 follwo next
1 - press + key and turn power on.
2 - go to parameter no 96 by up and down arrow
3 - change speed of machine by - and + key.
4 - for save change you are made you must go to other parameter by up or down arrow tosave change

1 - are you sure you are use DBx1 needle ?
2- check tension spring for bobin case it's not open too much gust pull the threrad you will feel light tension not too much not too losse.
3 - check timing between needle and hook is ok orno?

firist make sure you are use throat plat with big hole if you are use big needle size like 18# or 21#?
second check timming between needle and hook ok or no ?
thired check the blade point of hook toutch needle strong or just light touch?
finally which model you are used? DDL8700-A or DDL8700-H?

1- your control box model is SC-500 not SV500, juki didn't made sv never ever
2- there is no error 2 just error 3 and error 4 both means there's problem with synchronizer which installed behaind handwheel first try to clean it by dray spray maby there's some oil or dust arround it. if error still coming change the senchronyzer with new one

1 - are you sure you are used same oil for industerial sewing machine? this oil is light and clear.
2 - if your machine used not new you can chack oil pumb and all tube for oil mybe some dust insaid it try to clean by air gun.
3- the last resone there is gear insid oil pumb if damged change oil pumb.

first you must upper maun shaft by losse screw for neddlebar and move handwheel by hand if move it means needle bar is jamd and need to change.
- second : maybe there is some threads at finger for lock lower hook this also made machine is locked please try to remove this finger by loose screw and move handwheel if realse ok.

if you want user manual please go to www.juki.com under industerial sewing machine you can download instruction manual. concern how to attach needle i tell you ther is to saide long groove must be at ur left hand not front or rear and please remember any machine from which said u threading u must attach the needle with long groove in the same said u threading the machine.

other ways if u are sure all plugs is connected securly it means problem insaid control on power board

first please try to change needle with new one and put it wit correct direction.
- check the tension for needle thread if more tight or no.
check the timming between needel bar and hook ok or not.

can u check one by one
1 - loose screw for needle bar clamp and turn the wheel by hand.
2 - from down remove the finger for hook and turn machine pully maybe some thread insaid the finger.
3- loose the four screws for upper main shaft and turn the machine pully by hand.

complicated as the hook is not near the needle.there are three set screws that set the hook the problem is that the hook setting to needle is .006 of an inch.hard to see without taking parts off machine to set the hook....yes they can jump timing and this is an unfortunate condition as balance is critical in the hook area... at 5500spm the company could not install a permanent fix ...yes it is quick if you are mechanically inclined..never turn the drive clockwise looking at the belt end you shift the gears ever so little until out of time be carefuL as the set screws are cheap I BROKE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
