I also had the same Model Make. I removed my fridge and placed it upside down, occasionally shaking fridge within a 24 hr period. This seemed to re-mix the ammonia solution and the fridge is working.
This may work for you but look for yellow stains if you see any your fridge is leaking and would require repair.

Check your AC breakers, mine was on the same circuit with a GFI outlet that had tripped, took a bit of looking to find it, Good luck.

There's a capacitor by or on the compressor that probalbly needs replacing. This is the cheapest route .

There is some reason maybe not explained here. But I will help you if you want. Below is a simple test. The manual I need you to make sure if you have the RM2620 or another model to get the correct manual. That model has digital controls and that is controlled by a control board for switching from AC to DC to Propane. If the board will not switch then we need to look for that problem. Dometic, good refrigerate and great support group. Now here is a link to that model number problem solving PDF. With the manual we can work together to solve this.

Below is a link to their customer center. They are good about helping their customer worldwide. Thanks for the vote. I did search for that model in the Caravan 3 way style. They have hundreds of versions. Nothing falls exactly on your model number. You may need to surf their site awhile for your model and the control components. But a talk on the phone with them to get the correct direction for your model is better than the cost of driving to a dealer and getting repairs. YouTube has service movies covering Dometic.

Hi: In my travel trailer I find it is easier to light my Dometic if I bleed the lines by starting my stove top. It uses a lot more gas to get lit and floods the lines with propane. Your fridge uses such a small amount of gas it takes a long time to bleed the line to it. Don't focus on just the oven.... run any propane appliance on the way to it first. I hope this helps, Jeff

Check the burner assembly. 1 screw, remove the sheet metal cover and clean it. The burner collects rust. This is the likely. Other issues would be the gas pressure usually checked with a manometer. Should 11" of water column. If your furnace works good then the gas pressure is probably ok. Also could have a faulty ignitor which sends a miliamp signal back to the circuit board. Check the burner first, after that leave the cover off and turn the fridge on. Watch the ingnitor attempt to lite the burner. Be sure the spark is going to the burner and not shorting out on the sheet metal it is mounted in. If it is shorting to the frame the ignitor needs replacing.

After running out of propane light the other appliances first to get the majority of air out of the system, such as your stove top burners. Then push and hold the manual button for a few minutes to purge air out then try to light the pilot.

The fuse for the DC operation on a Dometic RM 2553 fridge is typically located on the control board, which is accessed by removing the back panel or cover of the refrigerator.

I suggest verifying the refrigerator's thermostat configuration. it might result in the unit shutting down prematurely If it's set too low, Adjust the thermostat to the suitable setting. Moreover, insufficient gas supply can cause the flame to go out. Please examine the gas line for any obstructions and ensure the gas tank isn't empty

It sounds like you have a bad connection on the gas burning side.

Electrical short circuit, you just have to find it. Look for pinched, trapped or abraded wires. In an RV, vibration from driving is the issue.
