re-install the complete software

On the page which opens, click on the "Download" button to download the software.

no it is not wireless. The easiest way to make a printer wireless is to have a wireless router with a USB port. Plug the printer into the USB port on the router and you can share the printer wirelessly. You will need to follow the instructions for your router for installing the printer driver. Otherwise, use a wireless adapter such as:

According to you you can't print your document with your printer.
# I must say first this printer have ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) option.
# you can change some settings of the printer.
# go to the Printing preferences in Properties and change the page settings properly.
# turn off the both side printing because mac os don't support.
# printing quality & paper feed must be proper.

# and finaly feed the paper properly.

This settings may help you to print your document.

did you mean the display panel? there are some possibilities concerning with this problem. first, loosen connection. second, not enough power to support the printer check the power supply if it generates exact power to run. third, display panel is defective consult HP support or go to your nearest HP service center.

When you install the Full Feature software for your printer, you receive the HP Photosmart Studio imaging software and the HP Utility printer management software. You can use either of these programs to scan, and can create custom settings in both.

In general, use HP Photosmart Studio to scan pictures if you want to edit them to adjust color, crop, remove red eye, etc. Use HP Utility to set up scan tasks you use often, such as scanning to a certain folder or software application, or attaching the scanned item to an email. If your printer has a display, you also use HP Utility to designate which scan tasks should appear on the printer display menu when you start a scan from the controls on the printer.

Make sure that the printer is connected to the computer. Turn it on. Place the item with the print side down on the scanner glass.

Use HP Photosmart Studio to start a scan: Click the HP Photosmart Studio icon in the Dock. Click the Scan button. Select your HP product in the Device Name list, if necessary, and then click Continue. From the Scan Profiles screen, click either Pictures or Documents. Click Profile Settings , and then adjust any settings in the Capture , Adjust , and Page Options (for documents) or Enhance (for pictures) tabs as appropriate. Click Scan. When prompted, select Yes or No to add another page to the scan. The scan preview opens then click Return to close the preview and save the scan. Type a name for the scan in the Save As box. Click the Format drop-down list, select the file format you want, and then click Save.
