I have an HP laserjet 1015. recently, when I print
The problem is due to colour calibration failure. It's possible that
certain sensors which are used for calibrating may be dirty or in the
worst case a hardware failure with the calibration modules.The specific printer is known to collect dust on the laser module. Refer to the service manual on how to service.

Printer: HP Color Laserjet CM1015
Hi,
A cleaning will solve the problem > open a document (from the computer) and select print from the menu,
- In the print screen window select 'properties' Or 'Preferences'
- In the next window click 'maintenance'
- In the next window there will be many options to clean, align, nozzle check etc etc...
This will solve the color misaligned problem.

I have an HP Laserjet
I had this too on my Vista. I re-installed the original software that came with the printer and the scanner then worked OK. My problem was always triggered when HP automatically downloaded 'updated' software, so I would disable the update feature as it only causes problems!!

This means that one or more print cartridges might be low or defective. If non-HP print
cartridges are used, no messages appear on the control panel or in the
HP ToolboxFX. Solution is to replace any low print cartridges.

I've put in the new cartridge, but i still get the
Clean the gold contacts on cartridge AND in the printer with Q-Tip and 99% isoprophyl alcohol.
Note: HP tries to prevent you from inserting the same cartridge back in to discourage refiling... If you have put the same one in twice, try puttting old one in and then swapping again.

I would contact HP via phone on this one. They even have a support chat on their website. They will be able to troubleshoot this problem further.
