It sounds like one of the polarisers has failed, on experience they cost £300 each to replace, and there are 3 of them. I recently bought an NEC NP115 for just over £200, very good spec for the cost. It maybe worth investing in a new one.

By what you have told me, the lamp possibly may have blown, so check if the product is still under warranty as you may be able to claim another lamp at no cost what-so-ever! It is however a definite code to tell you something is wrong! Hope this helps ;) ZKhan

Probably FN and F5 key or whichever key controls your display routing.

go into the settings in the menu. there should be a setting for resolution.

try activating the output of the laptop:

1) Verify the settings on your notebook or desktop PC.
2)Turn off all the equipment and turn the equipment in order.
3) Check whether the power cable is connected securely
4) Check for the Green color in the projector
5) Try resetting the lamp connections.
6) Try to replace the lamp module.
7) If you have replaced a lamp previously, try to remove the new lamp and try with the older lamp.
If all these steps don't work then it is advisable to have the projector taken for service.

Hi, please check the serial number of the fans that are supposed to be the same. They might be different in some way because otherwise, the error should not have occurred. If the products have the same serial number or similar type of id, then I would take the projector to geeksquad/bestbuy to double check that the new fan was installed properly. Thank you.
