The control timer is the problem is what I think.

On the drain hose at the connection to the dishwasher there is a one way check valve. If debris has gotten trapped water will drain back into the dishwasher at the end of cycle Hope this helps. Remove the connection and clear.

The water pressure must be good and the spraying must be seen to be good. If there is low pumping or pressure then the spray arms will not turn around to inject with pressure. If so the pump must be checked for clogging.

Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water.

Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump.

To answer your question "what can i do now?? can i replace the part of do i have to buy a new door??"

It is unfortunate the dispenser got broken, but fortunately it can be replaced as a component on it's own. It is the detergent and rinse aid dispenser all in one. You don not have to replace the complete door.

**First turn the breaker off or the power supply to the dishwasher...safety first.**

If you remove just the outer door panel of the dishwasher door,( the edges are very sharp so be careful ) you will see the dispenser is fastened via 6 hex head screws, they are quite small and I believe 9/32" but don't hold me to it.

The dispenser is available at most brick & mortar appliance part depots or if you'd like online at vendors such as "repairclinic.com" "searspartsdirect.com" or "appliancepartspros.com" to name a few. It is typically around $50-^0 so shop around and always double check with your specific model number.

This is what I yielded when searching based on the number at the top of the post...but I don't like to assume that is always correct.

Part # 1196189 at "repairclinic.com" for $53.50. It will look like this...
