Frigidaire 24 in. FDB750RCC Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher Questions & Answers
Hello, I have a Frigidaire Dishwasher, model
On the drain hose at the connection to the dishwasher there is a one way check valve. If debris has gotten trapped water will drain back into the dishwasher at the end of cycle
Hope this helps.
Remove the connection and clear.
Why is the spray arm in my frigidaire dishwasher not raising all the way and dishes on the top rack are not getting clean?
Good Afternoon Stephanie,
I understand the spray arm is not raising all the way in your Frigidaire dishwasher, model# FDB750RCC. I also see that the dishes on the top rack are not getting clean due to this. The spray arms are stationary where they are attached to, other than turning due to water pressure. Please try the following solutions:
• Choose another cycle for longer washing time.
• Check rack loading section for proper loading-avoid nesting items.
• Home water pressure may be too low- should be 20 to 120 pounds per square inch (psi).
• Check incoming water temperature. It should be at least 120 degrees F.
• Select HI-TEMP WASH option.
• Check water hardness. For extremely hard water, it may be necessary to install a water softener.
• Use fresh detergent.
• Check to make sure funnel in top rack is not blocked.
• Make sure items are not blocking the spray arms, preventing them from rotating.
I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.
-Best Regards-

Wash cycle dont work
Good Morning Rhonda, this is JK. I understand that your dishwasher will not perform on the wash cycle. From what you described, it sounds as though you may need to replace the timer. This would be the brain behind the dial. Hope this helps!
Frigidaire pld2855rfc1 PF Power Failure error
Good
Afternoon Bob, thank you for your post! Typically error code PF means
power failure and you should be able to resume or start a cycle after properly resetting
the unit. Unplug the unit or flip the household circuit breaker. It is
important to wait about ten minutes and then turn the unit on. The error code
should clear, and then you should be able to select a normal cycle and the unit
should resume to normal operations. I ask that you please follow up with a
comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting
is needed or if the unit's status has changed successfully.
Lower elements not working
Hello J, I am happy to assist you. Often when the lower
element does not work, it is because the element itself may be faulty, have a
potential wiring failure or the unit is experiencing a communication error with
the control board. Let's try resetting the dishwasher by either flipping the
household circuit breaker off or unplugging it. Wait
approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If this problem persists,
you can locate a certified technician directly through the manufacturer website
or in your local directory to determine what may be causing the issue at hand.
Water stays in bottom drawer
Hello Joaquin Medeiros - Often when there is standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher, it is because more than likely the control or drain pump assembly is faulty and possibly need replacing. However, if the unit is making a grinding noise then it is recommended for the drain motor to be diagnosed. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.
