A loud whinning or rumbling sound when it is in the spin cycle means that the bearings in this washer has failed. It is an expensive repair since the washer has to be torn complete apart to get to the bearings. Also, the manufacturer does not sell you just the bearings and seal but, you must buy the rear tub with the bearings which raises the cost of the repair significantly. For example the rear tub for this washer can cost $250 not including the shipping. So get a few estimates before deciding whether to repair or replacing the washer.

But, if you have the mechanical ability to do the work yourself and you are interested in getting the bearings and seal parts to get your washer going again. The detergent dispenser is located above the detergent drawer. A water pipe is connected to it and water entrance and distributed to drawer's cells (following the programmed cycle) by a lever's movement (part of the dispenser). The lever movement is controlled by two solenoids that received their power from the timer. By opening upper machine's cover you will have an access to the dispenser. Disconnect the power cable from the machine before moving to next test !!!! Look first that they are not any disconnected wires. Move manually dispenser's lever and see if water running to all cells (depend on your movement). In case it doesn't work properly remove the unit from the machine and try to clean it (I hope it will help, otherwise you should replace the unit). In case it works properly (manually) - you should test by a multi-tester solenoid's resistance. the one that doesn't have a resistance measurement should be replaced. Good luck !!

The machine does not exist as you have written it. There are two likely reasons The door switch has failed and hasn't passed the self test procedure. or the control board / timer has failed. Try power cycling it. Remove the mains plug for an hour. It is has an On Off button press it for a minute. For a knob, full it and leave two minutes.
