Audio problem on toshiba satellite m115-s3094
Most likely no. I would check the model of the laptop and go to the company's webpage to download the drivers. If you'll list the model of the computer I'll try and provide you with a link to all applicable drivers that you would need.

How to reinstall windows XP
Your model Toshiba notebook has a SATA hard drive. The problem is that XP installation CD does not have a SATA driver, unless you have a SATA drive on a disk etc. and can install the driver when XP asks for a hard drive driver then, XP cannot detect the hard disk and therefore won't install XP. The FIX. Go into the BIOS and disable the SATA drive (enable IDE emulation), this will make XP think it is a IDE/PATA hard disk. Then you can install XP normally. When Windows has been installed then install all the device drivers (including the SATA driver), then shut down and boot up and got into the BIOS and enable the SATA drive.

No operating system how do I insert the missing operating system
You can not inset operating system like CD/DVD inserting! It is special kind of software that runs your computer to make an environment for you to work. First you need a Boot able Operating system cd/dvd. This laptop normally comes with Microsoft Windows xp Media Center Edition. You may choose professional. Now insert this disk into your laptop, boot form cd/ dvd, and start installing...After finishing installation properly , you can remove disk from your laptop and your operating system will be inside of your laptop. If you are new you can not do this things along, Try to read manual of your laptop to select boot device to boot from cd/dvd and learn how to setup windows or other operating system you want. Let me know updates.
