are you trying to wipe out all the data for the c and other parition of you computer?,is it running in win xp, vista,?,7?,win 8?1. you can manually go to computer window right click on each partition and and select format it will prompt more boxes and just click on ok or continue.2. you can also set your computer back to its defaults by accessing the acer recovery management console, most manufacturer placed pre-installed apps on programs list, but you can also do it a manually be restarting the computer and keep tapping on f6 until you reach the console page3. you can also use the original disc to restore back to defaults :)

check the processor fan or the chipset..maybe it overheating

Go online to Acer home site and read compatibility docs . Several VISTA laptops WILL NOT WORK AT ALL IN WINDOWS 7 and there is NO FIX for that .Run Vista , or I would recommend Windows XP even..........

hello sir.Reason :-1.Make sure your acer aspire is in range.2.cheack is it your wireless disconnecting and reconnecting or is it your internet disconnecting and reconnecting.3.Are you facing this issue with any other machine or is this the only one.If this is the only computer in which your wifi connection is dropping then there is issue with wireless connectivity.solution:-1.Turn of your router and modem and then check the wireless connectivity.If issue still persist then:-2.Create a new network name and wireless security key and then connect to it:- Now check the wireless stability whether is it still disconnecting an reconnecting or is it stable now.If issue still persist then bright your laptop close to router and then check wifi disconnecting any more or not if not then change the channel to 1 or 11 from your wireless router page.Let me know if this worked for you or not.If worked then please rate my solution.

its because CPU get hot. check the cpu fan or
clean that, heatsink of cpu fan must be clean and closed to cpu.

Try and attach a USB mouse. Then uninstall the driver. restart your computer and reinstall the driver. Also clean with some spray to make sure there is no dirt which is causing the problem.

Maybe you have accidently disabled it. press the FN and F7 key at the same time then release them, if it has been disabled that may fix it. Please give feedback if this helps

If you don't have a crystal eye webcam shortcut on your desktop then do the following:

•Click Start (lower left-hand of screen)
•Select Run
•Copy and paste this in the Run window (include quotation marks):
"C:\Program Files\ACER Crystal Eye webcam\Acer Crystal Eye webcam.exe"
•Click ok

The Crystal Eye webcam will become activated
