Hi ,Your description of the issue was kinda poor ...but usually in these cases there can be only a few things that can cause such a problem ..first you have to be sure that your wifi card is proper installed and has the right driver for it ..according with the model and the operation system in use..If I understood right , your notebook is an Acer ..so for to get the right driver you have to get on the Acer support site ..and select the model and the OS ..and after that download and install the wireless network driver..here is the link from the site..:http://support.acer.com/us/en/product/default.aspx?modelId=548If after the installation of the driver ..the card is still non functional ...get into the network places ..(from the start menu or from the desktop if you have teh shortcut placed there )..and select the wireless network ..and click right on it ..and enable ..This can even by-pass the button that activate it ..in case the switch is corrupted..It should appear in the tray system on the task bar ..and from there all you have to do is to open it and search for the networks ...and select the one desired..In case that it will not work after all these things being done ...you have to consider that your wireless card may be expired...(corrupted or burned out).and you need a new one ..for replaceing or ..just get a USB based one ..(usb stick like ...) ..and use it as an external wireless card ..Have a nice day ..please vote ..and do not esitate to ask questions if you have any ...

If the keyboard fails, try an external USB keyboard. If that works, then the original notebook keyboard must be replaced. If you can't make an external keyboard work, then you have a bigger problem--probably the motherboard.

this is an overheating problem, computer have a thermal protection sensor that senses extreme temp.
i suggest return to your service provider and have them check again, it could probably cause by, the fan isnt plug or there is a lot ob obstruction to exhaust that tned to build up heat around your pc

Check if you driver is correct, wether your operating system is 32 or 64 bit it should match the webcam driver.

Well, depending on whether or not you REALLY want to restore it, you do have a couple of options. There is a program called ophcrack http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php?type=livecd that you burn to a disc and it will crack XP or Vista passwords. The vista disc may or may not work with Windows 7. If you really want to factory reset with the hidden partition, then just hold down the ALT and F10 keys at the same time while the computer boots up. If the recovery partition is in tact, this should bring up the restore options. Hope this helps

There is a wireless button to turn on and off the wireless on your laptop.


If this button does not work, make sure you have installed the wireless drivers to the computer and the related utilities like lauch manager.

Hey, i it maybe because you have low disk drives space, also you have to look for the memory of your laptop, try to purchase much higher memory, and also the trojans that you can get in the internet can also slow your computer, try to install trojan remover also.:)

If you go in Control Panel, and open the Mouse settings, there will be a options in one of the tabs that disables tapping while typing. Enable this option and your problem should now be fixed

When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermaloverload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is theproblem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are cloggedwith dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make surethe vents are clear and dust free. Use a can of compressed air to do this.

The DC jack, where you plug the power adapter cable, might be loose or defective, & needs to be either re-soldered or replaced.
In order to do this, the laptop needs to be disassembled & the motherboard taken out. Also, the motherboard needs to be checked for defective/burned out components in the area near the DC jack. Any defective/burned out components found should be replaced, or you might need to replace the laptop's motherboard altogether.

Alternatively, the charger wire just next to the charger head might be damaged. Some wire has frayed apart and is making intermittent contact with itself. This could be fixed by either replacing the charger with a new one, or replacing the charger head & the few centimeters of the wire connecting it to the charger & re-soldering a new charger head instead.
