My CD/DVD drive not working ... for
Lenovo 3000 Y410 Laptopit plays cd at time but no DVD's and it has a dvd drive
please help me with a solution
ur lens is getting weak
pls try this take out the dvd from drive u will see a shiny eye like thing it is lens try to clean it in circular motions with very soft cloth used to clean lcd's and then try those dvd 's otherwise u have to get the drive replaced ur lens is weaken due to some faulty media and excessive use it is a normal wear and tear process

i have purchased lenovo 3000 G430 4152 38Q model laptop but could not install sound driver neither i could download the software.Pls give me solution?
first of all install MSUAA http://tinyurl.com/leng430 that is patch for xp and then downlaod seccond driver from top for sound and then try to install it forcefully means manually select sound driver from same site link and then install if you are still facing issue pls contact me.

when I am typing he cursor jumps around
It is a fault with Lenovo laptops. My cursor jumps all the time, no matter what software I am using. It is NOT the 'sensitivity' of the touchpad, for my cursor jumps even when I am not typing, even if I don't touch the laptop! I can set the cursor to a certain point on a document and then, after about 30 seconds, it will just jump to another point, even if I am in another room.

my lenovo brand laptap needs bluetooth peripheral device to be install
You can download the drivers from Lenovo support site. Just check the back of your notebook for the serial number. Lenovo support downloads ask for that. Then, get the drivers. Turn on the bluetooth first.
Download the XP drivers for Windows XP. For Windows Vista and Windows 7, download the Vista drivers. Be sure to install the Chipset drivers first and then the sound drivers. Only then can you install bluetooth drivers properly.

How can I access my webcam? I have a Lenovo labtop built in webcam with Windows 7 and when I go to the hardware device it shows the camera drivers are working properly but the webcam cannot be accesed.
If you have gmail or any other program that supports video. Use their software. With Gmail, you go to your email, setting, chat. You download their Video and more plugin and off to the movies.....video chat. Should be the came with any IM that has video.
