Hi raj,
I see that you are having a Bluetooth issue finding he option sending and receiving Bluetooth transfer options.
On your system whichever windows you may have you can see Bluetooth,
- Click on Start then click on All Programs, look for accessories
- Click on accessories it should show you the Bluetooth icon under Accessories if you click on it it will give you the option to send and receive using Bluetooth.
I see that you installed the driver for your Bluetooth to see if it installed properly check device manager, you should see Bluetooth under Network Adapters, if it's not there then the installation was not successful or maybe it just did not install correctly, try reinstalling again.
- You can also try download an application that can utilize your Bluetooth device for example Blue Soliel that is a good Bluetooth Application that I personally use, you may just need to purchase the program online to be able to use the full functionality of the application.
I hope that his will be helpful regarding your concern, have a nice day.

Drivers for Lenovo Y410 for Windows 7
i have install windows7 in my y410 laptop and the sound driver is not working in it.it shows an error massage while i am trying to install the driver.
I want lenovo wirless driver for Y410-7757 model for win 7 32 bit.
From Windows 7 and up, for all hardware that is certified with Microsoft, you can download the drivers from Microsoft. Lots of hardware is recognised when connected and will initiate a download from Microsoft. But not all hardware will do so and not all hardware is compatible (same as not certified by Microsoft from Windows 7 and up) with the new operating systems.
Most things that worked fine with Windows XP and or Vista, can fail with Windows 7 and 8, because the factory that made the hardware in the first place does not ask for certification with Microsoft for their old Hardware. They only spend time and money to get their new hardware certified on the new operating systems.
So to make sure your hardware is compatible with the OS. Check the manual and find out, what you have to do so it will work on your computer.
There is no special Lenovo driver, unless the hardware in your laptop is made by Lenovo. In that case the driver will be on your computer after you installed Windows 7. Perhaps you call something a driver but need something else?

Check to see if you have pressed the Num Lock key. it might be stuck, in whihc case you can try pressing it repeatedly and possibly spraying compressed air and/or electonics cleaner under the keys.

How to make my Quantary touch pad work and to install if needed
All touch pads work of the capacitance in your skin. The device requires a driver software to activate it. Open the Wondows Control Panel and look under DEVICE MANAGER before doing anything. Look for a yellow exclamation indicating a hardware error. If one exosts then open it by clicking on it and make sure the driver is installed and is working (which Windows will tell you when you check the driver software itself) and update or replace as necessary.
If you can provide the Windows version then I can give you specific keystroke insturctions to do the above if you are not familair with Control Panel
Work my Quantary touch pad
Have you tried an external mouse to ensure that the pointer works?
Usually these problems are due to either a defective pad driver or a history of a spilled liquid contaminating of the contacts, or a settings issue (i.e. touchpad is turned off). Hve you trued any of these obvious problem areas?
Please provide a few more details such as Win OS version, TouchPad driver version, etc.
Lenovo Y410 laptop is getting hot and shutdown automatically.
When systems power off suddenly, always suspect - the power first. I would then look at heat and physical connections next as culprits. Memory errors almost always show up as blue screens.
I say try a new power supply and see what it does. Its not a lot of money either way.
Run CPUID Hardware Monitor and watch your temps. You will have to turn logging on or you will lose the data in a crash.
Make sure your CPU heatsink is still connected properly. Things have a way of working loose.
