Any webcam software really, depends on your webcam.

Try looking under the settings, you might have to reinstall it, since some software doesnt allow you to change the language once you've installed it.

I'm pretty sure that model of laptop doesn't have a CD-ROM, or any optical media drive, could be your problem. If you have an external one connected, there should be a button on the external device, alternatively open "My Computer" and right click on the optical drive and select "Eject" to eject the tray. You can get a Password Reset disc download and burn to CD. Copy/paste the address below, into your address bar of your browser.

Download this file and burn it to CD. Put into drive and turn on PC, and boot from the CD. Follow instructions, choose the correct USER. & BLANK the password. make sure you say OK to write the data, and reboot. The logon password will now be reset blank.

Dear Raisa,It seems that the comma key has some mechanical problem. Maybe there is something that entered under the key and is keeping it depressed. Maybe it is the contact matrix under the same key that is defective, making a permanent contact in this key. Although there are some videos in YouTube that show you how to change keytops in laptops keyboards that could help you disassemble the ',' key, check if it is clean and free, and replace it, it is not a very simple task.
