Ranges/Ovens use 220-240 Volts of power instead of 110-120 for most appliances. This is because you are converting electricity to heat. And in that process, you waste a lot! Resistance is what causes the heat to build, the more resistance to the flow of electricity, the more heat is generated. I am thinking that you are not receiving the correct wattage and or amperage to this appliance. Could be a bad cord, a bad connection inside the stove, or only a small amount of voltage coming to the plug. You would need an electrician to determine if you have 220-240 volts and at least 40 amps at the outlet where the stove plugs into. Volts are the flow of electricity, and Amps are the strength, or pressure. Without the both, you have very dim lights, slow running electric motors, and inoperable appliances. If there is indeed 220-240 Volts and 30-40 Amps at the outlet where the stove plugs in, then there are problems with the wiring inside the stove, or the elements themselves. Possibly, but unlikely, it could be the control panel, but you state it's fairly new. Hmmmm, sounds like low voltage, low amperage, and time to investigate both the outlet and the stove. You need an electrician, or someone really familar with electrical. This is important. This is not a mild shock, and a tingle up the arm, if they don't know what they are about, the amperage and voltage could be deadly. Not for the untrained. Have them check the outlet for the stove, and then the stove itself. Simple checks, and you should find it very easily. And, if the outlet checks out okay, then I would return the stove to the seller, and demand a replacement, since you say it's NEW. It's gotta warranty. Let the store take care of it's problem. Like going from holding your garden hose and washing your car, to trying to control a 2" fire hose from a fire truck pushing 600 gallons of water a minute. depends on whether or not your food is icing. The higher the number the lower the temp goes. This is dependant on your preference as to the temp you like it. Again, the higher the number the temp. goes. Hope this helps

The gap between the burner and the spark tip may be obstructed. When I clean mine none of them work until they all dry completely.

I had this same issue on this same model (which is how I happened upon this page). I'm still not exactly sure why, but the problem resolved when I pushed down on the knob more firmly than I normally would to light the stove, and it seemed to slide in a little deeper. After that, the oven would light.

Look inside the bottom drawer on the frame, if not there look on the sides of the drawer or on the sides of the oven door.

If the breaker on a 220 line looks does not mean that it is. I recommend tripping the breakers and resetting them because one leg of the 220 can trip but the other leg can keep it in the nontriped position. Reset breaker just to be safe. There is no reset on the stove. You can check the plug to make sure that you have 220 to it also with a meter. Plugs do not go bad though.

Chances are your bake element is dead. Find replacement part and remove and install as per directions.

These models all have a 'calibrate' function built into the menu. You will have to refer to the owners manual for step by step instructions. It's fairly simple to do. This function will allow you to bring the temp. of the oven up and then set it to the actual temperature it's at inside. You will need an oven type thermometer to observe inside the oven. I am a retired career chef, and had this one oven with choking CO in an airport catering kitchen. We had it serviced and it was fixed. It sounds like yours is not getting enough air mixed with the gas. Adjusting the gas is one thing but the venturi to the burners can partially block and unburned gas spills over. Remove the burner and venturi and boil it out in whatever you boil your fryers out with. That seems quite common. Place your temperature sensor, alongside the therocouple of the oven, to check its accuracy.
