Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of
a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go
wrong.

If the breaker on a 220 line looks does not mean that it is. I recommend tripping the breakers and resetting them because one leg of the 220 can trip but the other leg can keep it in the nontriped position. Reset breaker just to be safe. There is no reset on the stove. You can check the plug to make sure that you have 220 to it also with a meter. Plugs do not go bad though.
These models all have a 'calibrate' function built into the menu. You will have to refer to the owners manual for step by step instructions. It's fairly simple to do. This function will allow you to bring the temp. of the oven up and then set it to the actual temperature it's at inside. You will need an oven type thermometer to observe inside the oven. Set it in on a rack and watch it, then go through the calibrate steps.

I am a retired career chef, and had this one oven with choking CO in an airport catering kitchen. We had it serviced and it was fixed. It sounds like yours is not getting enough air mixed with the gas. Adjusting the gas is one thing but the venturi to the burners can partially block and unburned gas spills over. Remove the burner and venturi and boil it out in whatever you boil your fryers out with.
Are you on mains gas or propane because the jets are different.
