it is on your cd that came with unit.

you have to exit mio map and then go to the tools. Tap the question mark in upper rt corner for guidance.

is your sd cardd fully seated? the first 4 maos are on the hard drive. the other 46 are on the sd card.

Mio stopped supporting the c220 in April 2007. That is latest map available.

do you have the sd card loaded and fully seated? You are only getting the 4 states loaded on the hard drive. The rest are on the SD card. If you need a new SD card, download it from your CD that came with the unit to a new SD card. I use my computer whcih has an sd card slot. I sell them on ebay for $22.

hol down the red buton for about 10 seconds. Then restart by holding down the red button until it reboots and the screen comes on.

try downloading a new map set from your cd to a new sd card.
