I have the same problem with an identical oven. In fact my serial number indicated my oven rolled of the production line six ovens before yours.
Please let me know how you fixed the problem.
Thank you.

The stove is aout 2years old. the oven will not
Hello & Welcome to FixYa
This indicates a open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you wan to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more then this then it needs replacement however, if the reading is around or less then 1100ohms then it is the control board that needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

After removing the heat sensor
The error code F3 indicates an oven sensor problem. You will need to remove the back of the range and locate the temperature probe (usually in the upper right hand corner. First disconnect power to the range. Ohm the probe, it should ohm approximately 1100 ohms at room temperature. If not, the probe is bad. If the probe ohms near 1100, you will then need to make the same measurement at the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) with the probe connected to these wires. If you get 1100 (approximately) the control is bad. If the probe ohms correctly and you have a different reading down the wires from the control the wires are bad.
